James Bond Movie SPECTRE Featured The Largest Film Stunt Explosion Ever

James Bond actor Daniel Craig, leading lady Léa Seydoux and producer Barbara Broccoli have been presented with an official Guinness World Records certificate for “Spectre” – the 24th 007 adventure in the blockbusting franchise – which includes the Largest film stunt explosion ever as part of a pivotal scene in the spy thriller.

Taking place in Erfoud, Morocco, the blast had a total yield of 68.47 tonnes of TNT equivalent and was the result of detonating 8,418 litres of kerosene with 33 kg of powder explosives – and it lasted for over 7.5 seconds.
