KLM a reputable Dutch Airline with an online viral campaign which has caught people by storm. Sherlock the dog was a ploy by the marketing team at KLM to show that their dedication to passengers do not end when they disembark the flight.
But, unfortunately the adorable team member is fake.
“The dog is purely used to symbolise the active way in which the team will search for owners and unite them with their lost possessions.” Regardless a campaign that successfully toyed with our emotions. Bravo!
